The Skinny
I was born in a small town[Evansville, In] and I’ve adapted in the big city[Pittsburgh & Philadelphia, Pa]. I know what it’s like to have it all, and know what’s it’s like to lose it all. I’ve learned the most through my failures rather than my successes. It’s taught me a great respect for life and how the little things can make such an impact on all the bigger things.
In the corporate environment, I’ve accomplished top recognition year over year in both sales and management with my time at Verizon Wireless[5 years]. This eventually set me up to develop a wireless division in the telecommunications industry, creating both B2B and retail channels for Eastcom Communications, Inc. The company today is growing, and have since opened several retail locations throughout the Philadelphia metro from the seeds I helped plant.
As an entrepreneur, I founded and maintained my own brands that have had trending results as well as attention from major media outlets [TV, Newspaper and Web]. From fashion, event production, web series production, website content and social media development there isn’t much I haven’t had my hands around within highly competitive environments. When times got tough I always reminded myself with the Rocky story and this quote, “It ain’t about how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.”
I’ve been to Hollywood[melting pot] and back to find out how much character this world lacks, which reminds me how important it is to be a good example today. My passion is strong for what I believe, although it’s never easy, I just continue to learn and build my strengths. I do enjoy the thrill of the fast pace, although LA is no walk in the park, it does seem to be stuck in slow motion.
I am always looking for creative ways to help others better themselves as I’ve found my purpose in doing that. I believe in integrity, patience, humbleness and to always do my best to follow God’s direction in my life. All in all, it’s gonna be a challenging journey, but all signs lead to —> “I’m ready”. Help me, help you.
